This publication presents a brief summary of the work of the Asian Coalition for Community Action (ACCA) program in 11 cities: Serey Sophoan, Samrong, Preah Sihanouk, Peam Ro District, Bavet, Khemara Phoumin, Kampong Cham, Sen Monorom, Pailin, Siem Reap, and Phnom Penh. The ACCA program supported the implementation of small upgrading projects and several big housing projects in some of the country's poorest communities.
