The National Poverty Reduction Strategy (NPRS) was produced to improve the understanding of the dimensions of poverty and inequality and to enrich the elaboration of strategy, ensure rightful selection of pro-poor actions, and ensure the consideration of varied concerns of different stakeholders as well as consolidate the relationship and cooperation between the RGC and all stakeholders in the fight against poverty and inequality.
