The Renter Survey, conducted by STT in 2013, aims to collate information on the demographics of renters in the urban poor settlements and to provide recommendations for government and other stakeholders to include urban poor renters in urban development plans. This piece of research focuses on tenant living environment and conditions, living cost, tenure security and safety.
